Will it make me groggy in the morning?

OORA Sleep uses 1 mg of melatonin, on the low end of what is sold, alongside botanicals. Many people report no next-day drowsiness; individual responses vary. Take it 30 minutes before bed and keep to one strip.*

Can I take it every night?

One strip per day is the maximum. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or taking medication, check with your doctor first.

What does it taste like?
